Privacy notice
Short version: this site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and collects nothing about you. The only personal data Oakdale holds is what you choose to send by email.
Who we are
Oakdale Technology Solutions Ltd, registered in England & Wales (company no. 16850119), is the data controller for any personal data described in this notice. Contact: hello@oakdalesolutions.ltd.
This website
The site is a static site with no cookies, no analytics, no tracking pixels, no advertising technology and no third-party embeds. Nothing is stored in your browser and no profile of your visit is created.
The site is hosted by Netlify, which processes standard server request logs — including IP address, timestamp, requested URL and user agent — for security and service operation. That processing is carried out by Netlify as our hosting provider under its own terms.
If you email us
When you contact Oakdale by email we hold your name, email address and the contents of your message so we can respond and, where relevant, manage the engagement that follows.
- Lawful basis: legitimate interests — responding to business enquiries — and, where an engagement proceeds, performance of a contract.
- Retention: enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within 12 months. Correspondence relating to an engagement is retained for six years after it ends, in line with UK statutory record-keeping requirements.
- Sharing: your details are not sold, rented or shared for marketing. They may be shared with an intermediary agency where that agency is party to the engagement.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to request access to your personal data, correction of inaccurate data, erasure, restriction of processing, and to object to processing based on legitimate interests. Requests can be made to hello@oakdalesolutions.ltd and will be answered within one month.
If you are not satisfied with the response you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

This notice will be updated if the site or its processing changes — for example if analytics or a contact form is ever added. The version date below indicates when it was last reviewed.
